- Field accessibility – Support field staff in limited-connectivity locations to access learning opportunities in Tembo by providing solutions through a technology portfolio and its associated services.
- User experience and user interface – enhance the platform’s design to be more inclusive by offering clearer navigation paths and instructions, improving user engagement through feedback, and integrating UX best practices into Tembo.
- LMS Maximization – Leverage and fully utilize the features and functionalities offered by our current technology to maximize its potential, ensuring improved efficiency, enhanced user experience, and better alignment with organizational goals.
- Learning Analytics – Improve Tembo’s data and reporting infrastructure to provide accurate and comprehensive reports, enabling informed decision-making for our stakeholders in the movement.
- Community of Practice (CoP) research – Evaluate whether Tembo should continue supporting key stakeholders in fostering social learning through communities of practice (CoPs) across MSF and define the approach for doing so.
- LCMS – Ensure MSF’s learning content is well-organized, easily searchable, and accessible, thereby contributing to the organization’s broader goals of efficiency and impact as well as supporting best users to find the opportunities which fits them best.
