About the course

This self-paced course developed by OCB will introduce logisticians to the main concepts related to Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC). It will help logisticians identify the HVAC needs of the MSF activities, understand how HVAC systems work, and reduce their energy consumption

About the course

This self-paced course by OCB has been developed by MSF Italy and is open to all MSF staff interested in the topic of intercultural mediation. It is particularly addressed to Intercultural Mediators (ICMs) and to all MSF staff who work with ICMs, either directly or indirectly. The course, which consists of four modules, aims to provide an overview of the subject, offering guidance and insights into intercultural mediation and the role of ICMs within MSF.
