Sobre el curso
Este curso asíncrono de OCA presenta los principios fundamentales del uso de la herramienta de inteligencia artificial (IA) en el trabajo de MSF. Está dirigido a todo el personal de MSF que tenga una identidad digital o que utilice habitualmente los recursos TIC de MSF y esté interesado en saber más sobre la ética, los casos de uso y lo que se debe y no se debe hacer al utilizar herramientas de código abierto y de IA internas.
Aunque se basa en la Política de Uso Responsable de las TIC de MSF OCA, los principios que contiene son válidos y útiles para el personal de todas las secciones.

Este curso se recomienda para
- Todo el personal del Country Programme que utiliza regularmente ordenadores y software de MSF
- Todo el personal del Country Programme IRFFG 9-15
- Personal de la sede en todas las secciones asociadas
Duración
La duración de este módulo de aprendizaje es de unos 30 minutos aproximadamente.
Objetivos de Aprendizaje
En este módulo de aprendizaje en línea aprenderás:
- Definir qué se entiende por IA y enumerar 3 herramientas comunes
- Explicar con tus propias palabras por qué MSF fomenta el uso de la IA de forma ética y responsable
- Identificar elementos de tu trabajo diario en los que el uso de herramientas de IA podría ser una solución adecuada
- Aplicar las directrices de la política OCA de MSF al utilizar la IA en el lugar de trabajo.

Metodología
Este curso se presenta en cuatro micro aprendizajes independientes entre los que los participantes pueden elegir en función de sus conocimientos y necesidades sobre el tema.
Evaluación
Para completar el curso los participantes deben contestar una evaluación de sus conocimientos, aptitudes y habilidades antes y después de completar los módulos de aprendizaje.
Certificación
Al finalizar la evaluación Post KAS, los participantes recibirán una insignia digital otorgada por MSF OCA.

About the course
In his self-paced eLearning from OCA you will learn techniques and useful tips for writing effective prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) such as chatbots.
It is aimed at all MSF staff who have an MSF email account, regularly use MSF ICT resources, and are interested in knowing more about how to effectively and safely use internal and external AI tools for their day-to-day work in MSF.
Although it is based on MSF OCA’s ICT Responsible Use Policy, the principles in it are valid and useful for staff from all sections.
Target audience
This course is recommended for:
All Country Programme staff who regularly use MSF computers and software All Country ProgrammeStaff IRFFG 9 -15
HQ staff in all partner sections.
Validation
This course is validated for use by OCA staff.
Duration
This eLearning should take about 1 hour in total. It includes a number of practical exercises that are completed by the learner outside of the module (in another browser) and can be done at the participant’s own pace.
Learning objectives
By the end of this eLearning you should be able to explain what LLMs (Large Language Models) are, and how you can use them to support your work.
This course will guide you through their uses, as well as limitations and potential risks.
You will learn practical ways to make the most of these tools by formulating prompts that result in useful, relevant AI-generated outputs.
By the end of working through all the exercises in the eLearning you should feel able to:
- Explain the importance of effective prompts in generative AI models.
- Create effective prompts for generative AI models.
- Evaluate the quality of AI-generated content based on the prompts used.
- Assess the ethical considerations and implications of using generative AI for MSF.

This mandatory MSF-OCA Digital Hygiene eLearning aims to equip all staff with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the digital landscape securely and responsibly. It includes good practices such as software updates, passwords management, backups and securing data, including proactive measures individuals can take to safeguard their digital identity and contribute to a safer online community. By the end of this e-learning, you will be aware of the risks in digital landscape, strategies to protect yourself and report to the right teams any suspicious activity or data breach. Target Audience
This course is available and mandatory for all MSF-OCA staff that have an MSF email account and/or interacts with any MSF-OCA digital systems to be aware of the risks in the digital landscape and proactive measures individuals can take to safeguard their digital identity.

Methodology
