About the course
ICT Infrastructure covers the different elements of an ICT infrastructure and presents the tools needed to design and plan it. In the final test the participants are requested to design the ICT Infrastructure of their missions.
An optional chapter is added and is dedicated to VSAT: resources provided by Marlink about ITC Portal and incident management are available in this chapter.

OCG ICT Field Staff.

About this course
Mobile Device Management aims at introducing to OCG ICT Field staff the tools used in MSF OCG for mobile device management. In particular it will focus on the current policies for smartphones, and on the procedures to enrol smartphones in Intune.
Target audience
This course is only for OCG ICT Field Staff and Logs in charge of IT and it is part of their onboarding.

MSF Applications aims at providing participants with an
overview on the main MSF applications and on the technical support needed for
them.
In particular the course will focus on UniField and Medical apps, in order to prepare ICT field staff on the tasks and procedures needed to install, update, and troubleshoot these applications.

MSF Applications is only for OCG ICT Officers and Logs in charge of IT.

About the Course
This course is an introduction to Windows Server 2019.
This is a pre-requisite for OCG's “FiWi” course (included and mandatory in the FiWi course's frame).
Everyone, (but targeted at MSF staff dealing with ICT (IS Officers, Logisticians, etc.)).Target audience

About the Course
The goal of this curriculum is to level up every IS Officer/Supervisor before the migration to FiWi.
In order to connect the dots and see how everything works together in the kit, training session/round table discussions will be also organized. This course is a pre-requisite to those F2F sessions.
