À propos de la formation

La formation LTT est une formation en présentiel visant à renforcer les connaissances et compétences techniques et transversales en logistique MSF requises pour occuper un poste polyvalent de niveau débutant dans le domaine de la gestion, pour le personnel international et local. Il s'agit d'une formation intersectorielle dispensée par l'OCA (en anglais) ou l'OCG.

 Il est conçu pour familiariser les participants avec les protocoles et les procédures standard de MSF et leur fournir les bases nécessaires à la mise en œuvre ou au maintien des activités logistiques dans un projet MSF traditionnel.

Public cible

Le cours est ouvert aux logisticiens ayant des fonctions managériales et techniques, aux superviseurs logistiques (LS039 – niveau 6), aux assistants coordinateurs logistiques (LS011 – niveau 7), aux responsables logistiques (LM007), responsables administratifs logistiques (LS058), responsables des installations hospitalières (LM071) et autres postes logistiques verticaux de niveau 9 avec 6 MOIS d'expérience sur le terrain dans une ou plusieurs missions (personnel expatrié et national)./Personnel d'approvisionnement : niveau 7 ci-dessus avec 1 an d'expérience, désireux d'évoluer vers des postes polyvalents (responsable logistique, LTL…). 

Durèe

13 jours consécutifs avec un jour de congé (le 7e jour). Douze jours de formation pratique à Bordeaux.

Gestion du parc motorisé, télécom, it, chaîne d'approvisionnement, biomédical, chaîne du froid, gestion des équipements, énergie, construction et shelter, approvisionnement en eau, hygiène et assainissement, sécurité appliquée, GIS et POPAM.

Méthodologie

Cours magistraux, exercices pratiques, interactifs et concrets.

Évaluation

Une évaluation pré et post-KAS (connaissances, attitudes, compétences) sera réalisée.

Certification

Si vous remplissez les critères d'achèvement, vous recevrez un badge à l'issue des évaluations KAS et un certificat à l'issue des sessions en présentiel.

About the Course

The LTT is a face-to-face course aimed at increasing the technical and transversal knowledge and skills in MSF logistics required at the entry-level managerial polyvalent position for international and locally hired staff. It is an intersectional course led by OCA (held in English) or OCG. 

It is designed to familiarize the participants with MSF protocols and standard procedures and to provide them with the valuable grounding necessary to implement or maintain logistical activities in a traditional MSF project.

Target Audience

The course is open to logisticians with managerial and technical functions, Log Supervisor (LS039 – Level 6), Logistics Coordinator Assistant (LS011– Level 7)Log managers (LM007), Log Admin Manager (LS058), Hospital Facilities Manager (LM071) and other level 9 vertical log positions with 6 MONTHS of field experience in one or more missions (both expatriates and national staff)./Supply staff: level 7 of above with 1-year experience, willing to evolve towards polyvalent positions (Log manager, LTL…). 

Duration

13 consecutive days with one day off (day 7). Twelve days of actual training in Bordeaux.

Participants should bring their laptops and smartphones for use in several modules. Extra laptops and mobile phones can be provided for those who do not have their own.

Each module is done the same way – Introduction to the topic – A quest (either in your mission physical documents or in MSF knowledge platform – A challenge with questions and exercises)

Target audience

The E-Nitial Supply Chain Management training is designed for new collaborator in the MSF Supply Chain and non-supply collaborators. It is an introduction to the MSF Supply chain allowing all participant to understand the impact of each step of the supply chain on the operations

About the Resource

In this course participants will practice and fell more skilled and aware of the need to develop the competences related to project&people management. Requirements From the technical side: 2 missions of professional experience, level 9 or above, LTT course already taken (recommended).

Target audience

The MSF LOT 2.0 is aimed at MSF logistic personnel with level 9 or above.

The LOT 2.0 (Logistic Operational Training) is aimed to improve the participants’ capacities to identify, plan and organize the tactical logistic responses given “operational contexts.

Methodology

This training offers an initial online section and a 10-day face to face training. The face is to face training is mainly based in an induction where you will put the LOG Managers management skills into practice in a simulated environment. The LOT training will require a considerable amont of cooperative work in teams, as well as individual work more related to the specific logistic family you are expert in.

Target audience

The course is open to logisticians generalist, logisticians level 6 and above, specialist logisticians level 7 and above, needing a comprehension of the different domains of logistics.

Basic online course on the Geographical Information System within MSF.

Target audience

MSF field and coordination staff (expat and NS) practically involved in the following activity planning and monitoring: Remote management; Security management; Logistics; response to Natural disaster; Site planning (closed & open settings); Epidemiology; Water-Hygiene-Sanitation.

About the Course

The OCG logistics e-briefing is a mandatory, self paced e-learning course that aims to prepare logisticians new to MSF for their first position. Learners will get to know the basics of all logistics technical families, including the risks and benefits associated as well as their responsibilities.

Target Audience

All LOG staff level 6 and up before first position (internationally mobile staff) or at the start of their first position (locally hired staff)

Methodology

Learners will work through the modules at their own pace, covering necessary theoretical concepts, risks and benefits, and the logitician's role. Content will be presented in text, image and video format.

At the end of each module, learners engage in scenarios mirroring real-life situations they may encounter in their roles. These practical exercises provide them with an opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge and skills they've acquired, effectively preparing them to navigate the challenges inherent in their role as an MSF logistician.

Evaluation

To pass this course, learners will have to complete all the modules including the integrated knowledge checks and scenarios.

Certification

After successful completion of this course, participants will receive a certificate and a digital badge awarded by MSF OCG.

A propos du cours

Cours de base en ligne sur le Système d'Information Géographique (GIS) au sein de MSF.

Public cible

Cette formation s'adresse principalement aux logisticiens et aux principaux utilisateurs. Pour les personnes qui veulent
savoir comment les GIS fonctionnent chez MSF et pratiquer les outils cartographiques de base.

Objectifs d'apprentissage

Les participants acquerront des connaissances leur permettant d'avoir un certain degré d'autonomie pour gérer les
données géographiques, utiliser un outil de collecte de données ainsi que les outils cartographiques de base.
Les stagiaires auront également des connaissances sur les utilisations potentielles des cartes dans les contextes
