SUFITRA training provides managers in the field with turnkey training kits (facilitator’s notes and guides, exercises, presentations...) in order to train their teams more efficiently, simply and quickly on their projects.

• Strengthen their knowledge of procurement techniques and policies at OCP;
• To be able to better adapt their procurement activities to the reality of their mission;
