Welcome to the MSF Sexual Harassment Prevention and Response Training This course has been developed by the Responsible Behavior Unit team at the OC-Amsterdam and the target audience is all MSF staff. In this unit, we will talk about what sexual harassment is and what can be done to prevent it.

By the end of the unit, you should be able to articulate the concept of sexual harassment, discern its impact and the importance of dialogue for setting personal boundaries for colleagues, friends and other parties, identifying signs that these boundaries are exceeded, and knowing how you can offer or seek help.
