About the course
Welcome to MSF’s Preventing and Responding to Sexual Harassment training. This course has been developed by OCA Responsible Behaviour Unit (RBU) team, and the target group is all MSF Staff. In this module, we will talk about what Sexual Harassment is and how you can respond.

Learning objectives
By the end of the module, you should be able to explain what sexual harassment is, recognise the impact of sexual harassment and the importance of a dialogue to identify personal boundaries of colleagues, friends and other parties, identify signs that a boundary has been crossed, and know how you can help and get help.
