About the course

Here you will find two learning snacks. One is about 'Upward Feedback' Creating a culture of feedback within your team will help ensure that there are no surprises during performance management meetings, and will give each team member the opportunity to continually improve. Over the course of this module, you will be able to better understand what is upward feedback and how to give it, as well as develop a few simple tools to make your feedback more effective and efficient.' The second snack is about ' Building Trust' The goal of this workshop is to understand the importance of creating a safe and trusting environment for your team. Through videos, learning about trust models and interactive exercises, you will be invited to reflect on what building trust means to you, but more importantly, on how you can foster a greater sense of trust within your team.
