Family Focal Point - Virtual Reality Immersive Experience

About the experience

The Family Focal Point – Immersive Learning Experience is a short and powerful Virtual Reality (VR) scenario that allows MSF staff to step into the role of a Family Focal Point during a critical or sensitive situation. Participants will interact with different family members, navigate complex emotional dynamics, and test their communication strategies in a realistic environment.

This immersive resource is part of the wider course “Family Focal Point during Critical Incidents” and is available in English and French.

Target audience

This experience is designed for MSF staff involved in family communication and support, especially Family Focal Points, HR staff, FieldCos, and other support roles.
Other staff members interested in developing their communication and empathy skills are also welcome.

Validation

Developed and validated by MSF OCBA.
