About the Course
Face-to-face training is used in all our missions to help staff acquire competencies so they can improve their performance as individuals and as teams, with the ultimate aim of providing better care for our beneficiaries. How can we develop and deliver training that effectively makes staff more competent, and how do we do that without wasting resources? The Fundamentals of Training Facilitation will help you answering those questions. The course is built to provide accessible activities, templates, checklist and extra resources for you to access at any time once a training session is an identified need.
