About the course
This intensive and interactive training provides the opportunity to increase your ability to understand current humanitarian debates, better analyse complex contexts from a humanitarian perspective, develop better advocacy strategies and effectively implement them.
Target Audience
You work at CMT level as a HoM, PC, MedCo.
Duration
Participants are expected to commit 40 hours of their time. Learning

Methodology
There will be self-guided learning as well as face-to-face work with group assignments.
Evaluation
Throughout the training, participants will work on a case study in groups with their peers. At the end of the training, they will present their advocacy plan to a panel of senior staff.
Certification
After successful completion of this course, participants will receive a certificate and a digital badge awarded by MSF OCA.
Enrolment
This is a course upon application. You will be informed by your career manager when the application window opens. This course is mandatory for HoMs and MedCos. PC can attend by invitation only. Letters of Recommendation to be written by: hierarchical line manager (OM, HPM) or/and Humanitarian Affairs Advisor.
OC Validation
This course is validated for use by OCA HoMs, MedCos and PC staff.
