About the resource

This resource is not a course to which you enrol. Rather it's a folder which contains the training material for the Training of Trainers Course (TOT). You can access this material if you want to deliver some modules to your staff at mission level. You can adapt the content as you see fit for your purpose and context. During a 5-day course, participants will learn how to efficiently prepare, develop and deliver an effective training course.
