About the course

We are pleased to welcome you to the L&D Toolbox: the sharing platform for the field and HQ for L&D Tools. In the toolbox, you can find:

• HQ tools, templates and guidelines
  
• examples of L&D policies from the field
  
• examples of L&D strategies from the field
  
• examples of tools from the field
  

You can download these items from HQ or from other missions and use them as a starting point for the version for your mission. Keep in mind that every mission is different!

What you won't find in the L&D Toolbox:

Don’t forget that HR and L&D are linked, but not the same! Official HR templates such as evaluation forms are not L&D, for these please check on the OCA Field Website.

Private information. You must be careful that when uploading and example of a tool, no provide information is shared about an employee. For example, if you share an induction plan or a personal development plan, make sure there is no reference to the employee’s name or personal data.

All MSF users can download toolbox content. HRCos and L&D Managers can upload items.

The more missions share policies, strategies and tools, the more useful the database will be for everyone - so be sure to spread the word and upload content!
