This reoccurring ESD onboarding session is open to all MSF staff to join online and is meant to give every person working for MSF OCA the basics on emergency preparedness and response in OCA.
The session will also highlight where to find further information in terms of role-specific and/or in-depth knowledge.

Methodology
During the course, learners are required to attend a live webinar (45min presentation and 15min Q&A). They also have to complete a pre and post questionnaire on knowledge, attitudes and skills (KAS), which will be used to improve the course content. A Q&A forum is available for participants to interact with experts and peers.
Evaluation
To pass this course learners will have to complete 2 KAS questionnaires
Certification
After successful completion of this course, participants will receive a digital badge awarded by MSF OCA
