About the Course
Participants will be coached (group mentoring) as they carry out the
monthly payroll process to ensure the quality and accuracy of payroll data and
payments in their project/coordination base, in order to meet OCG quality

The training is open to OCG Human Resources staff with regular responsibilities in the payroll process, who wish to strengthen their technical skills and/or make improvements to their local process and organisation.
