About the Course

The module will give you an overview of the main principles and steps and responsibilities in the MSF recruitment process, to help you recruit the right person for your field teams.

It can either be taken as a standalone self-learning or as a preparation for an interactive skills-based session which will focus on more practical recruitment skills.

Target Audience

This course is open to all HR personnel and Hiring Managers who wish to learn or refresh their knowledge and application of basic recruitment skills.
