The MSF OCA L&D catalogue offers a diverse range of training courses, supporting continuous personal and professional development. It includes the OCA PathApp that provides a digital path per department and/or Function, detailed course sheets, and processes on onboarding, technical, leadership, and generic skills training, as well as coaching, mentoring, and Study Grants. The catalogue and  PathApp feature OCA-specific and intersectional courses, along with offerings from external institutions. Detailed course descriptions are provided for easy selection.
