About the course

Welcome to our OCP “Onboarding for Managers - Logistics” e-learning !  

This e-learning is the first part of the “Onboarding for Managers - Logistics'' training. 

The second part is a 3-day virtual class with an MSF facilitator.

Target audience

The “Onboarding for Managers - Logistics”  course is designed to prepare logisticians who will hold a manager position (level 9) for the first time. It can be either new logistician that is about to start their first assignement with MSF or already experienced logisticians who are moving up to a manager position (level 9).

Duration

It will take you approximately between 10 to 15 hours to complete depending on your pace.

Learning objectives

By the end of the course the participant will be able to: 

1) Identify his roles and responsabilities 

2) Prioritize and organize logistic activities 

3) Contribute to the establishment of operations

Methodology

The course consist in interactive e-learning using a combination of multimedia materials (video, audio, text, animation) as well as quizzes.

Certification

After successful completion of this course, participants will receive a digital badge awarded by MSF OCP

The course is best completed on a computer, laptop or tablet. However, it can also be possible on a mobile if the screen size is large enough.
