Target audience

All MEMO users : Specialists/Technicians, Log manager, Logistic coordinator, Supervisors, LTL, Log Cell managers, RTR/MIO/Referents.

Learning Objectives

At the end of the training, participants will be able to use MEMO and discover the different software features

List of Contents

MEMO general presentation

• Present the software features and understand the concept of an online tool and its added value
• Navigation / update basic equipment data
• Practice the basic principles of MEMO navigation
• Update the main data related to the equipment status, attached document, location, equipment transfer….
• Manage locations on your project

Equipment creation

• Make the difference between assets and other equipment not followed in MEMO
• Add in MEMO equipment  from international order or local purchase

Fleet management

• Present the concept of fleet management
• Discover the different gestures in the tool related to fleet management (entering technical specifications, returning an equipment for service, taking an equipment out of the fleet, etc.)

Fuel consumption follow-up

• Differentiate GMI  and vehicles families
• Update equipment consumption
• Extract and analyse the consumption report

Maintenance

• Present maintenance concepts and vocabulary
• Follow the cycle of a work order (WO) in MEMO
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance in MEMO
• Analyse the maintenance schedule and maintenance reports

Inventory

• Conduct an inventory at mission scale
