About the course

This course, the result of a collaboration between MSF Canada and OCA, and a small pill from OCBA , will help you become effective and efficient in training facilitation. The student will have to work individually online in a self-paced way without a tutor. There will be actual documents, readings, video, photos, audio, exercises, and quizzes.

Target audience

People with training responsibilities in need of developing their learning needs assessment, training design, and facilitation competencies. It's also mandatory before attending a F2F Training of Trainers or Facilitators.
