About the course 

This e-learning is a blended course on "Social dialogue". It contains 5 modules and alternates with synchronous content (webinars) and asynchronous content (interactive modules, quizzes).

Target audience

This course is accessible to everyone. Although, it has been made specifically for the Staff Representatives.

Validation

This course has been made by OCP and is validated by this OC.

Duration

The total duration of the course is 19 hours.

Learning objectives 

At the end of this course, the participant will be able to : 

- Strengthen dialogue and collaboration skills in order to fulfill its role effectively

- Implement and sustain the different knowledge in its role, 

- Identify the practical tools 

- Collaborate with its peer network.

Methodology 

This course comprises synchronous activities (presentations, group work, discussions) and asynchronous activities (interactive modules, quizzes, documents and guides).

Evaluation 

Throughout the modules, you will have quizzes that will help you assess yourself. At the end of the course, there will be a final quiz.

Certification 

 If you complete all the activities on the course page and pass with more than 80% the final quiz, you will earn a badge.
