ABOUT THIS RESOURCE

The Missions’ Learning Library is a space dedicated to storing and sharing training resources created by and for all OCB missions. 

This aims to be a library for each mission that will give you access to a wider variety of learning materials generated directly by colleagues in MSFOCB, organised by departments and topics.

It will also reduce duplication of efforts to produce contents at field level by accessing materials already existing on Tembo to implement in the field. 

Everyone will have access to those resources. Nevertheless, we recommend only subject experts or L&D Managers to download the content, in order to be able to adapt it to their context and reuse it for their mission. 

NB: resources have not validated at HQ level but at mission level.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This space is accessible to anyone in OCB Mission, with a Tembo user account, willing to share or find resources created by colleagues, for F2F sessions in the field.  

Only HRCo’s and L&D Managers can upload files being enrolled as Instructional Designer with specific authorisation.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

The purpose of the Missions learning library, is to gather in one common place all learning resources created and used in OCB missions, for them to be easily accessible for all colleagues that might be interested in using those contents or in adapting it to their own mission or context.
