About this resource
The Facilitating Discussion Spaces Workshop allows participants to focus on developing a deeper understanding of Discussion Spaces – what they are, how to use the framework, and exploring ways to implement them in our teams. The workshop is comprised of 6 modules, each one building on the other and helping participants to develop a toolbox of skills and practices so participants can begin immediately implementing Discussion Spaces with their teams.
Target audience
The target audience are WoW 1, WoW 2, and WoW CC graduates. This includes all MSF locally hired, internationally mobile and HQ staff supervisors and activity managers (level 6 and above on IRFFG).
Duration
Pre-work: approximately 1 hour prior to each session to complete the assigned pre-work (6h overall). Completing the pre-work ensures you can fully engage with your colleagues during the virtual sessions.
Virtual sessions: 1x per week and are planned for 4.0 hours each (24h overall).
