About the Course

The Feedback Process course will introduce you to the feedback process, the tool for personal and professional development at MSF OCB, launched in 2023.

Target Audience

This course is meant for all MSF OCB staff at both field and headquarter levels, for employees, and managers.

Duration

Approximately 1 hour. 

Learning Objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to

1. identify the reasons for the change from the evaluation system to the feedback process and what is new in the process
2. explain the different phases of the process 
3. apply some key concepts e.g. Feedback, Feedforward, multi-stakeholder approach
4. fill in the professional development tool
5. apply some recommendations for giving and receiving feedback e.g. golden rules, do’s and don’ts

Methodology

This is a self-learning course divided into 5 modules. It consists of a range of elearning activities including text, interactive videos, and webinars. It also includes quizzes which are used to track your progress. 

Evaluation

Participants need to complete all e-learning activities.

Certification

Upon completion, participants will be awarded a badge and a certificate. 

OC Validation

This course is validated by MSF OCB.
