About this resource

The toolbox aims at supporting People Managers to align their practices with MSF OCB vision of People Management, reflected in My Role as People Manager. People Managers will find resources and insights to observe, reflect and adapt their practices.

Target audience

All MSF People Managers who wish to reflect on their practice and find new perspectives.

Validation

The contents of the toolbox is approved by OCB. 

Duration

Learners are invited to consult the toolbox according to their needs so there is no set duration for the course.

People Managers will reflect on their practice and find tools and resources to adapt them.

Resources are organised around OCB's My Role as People Manager model, describing OCB's expectations from their managers. 

Methodology

Learners will find explanations on each topic, self-reflection questions and resources to integrate those directions in their practices.

Learning will not be evaluated

Certification

Consulting the toolbox will not grant learners a certificate.
