About this course
What is structural racism? What are its consequences? What can we do about it? Becoming anti-racist: Your role for change aims to clarify what is at stake in this conversation. It offers a first approach to anti-racism by outlining a journey comprised of the modules: Foundational Concepts, Racism in the Humanitarian Sector, Racism and Anti-Racism at MSF and Anti-Racism & I. The objective is to provide an alignment of evidence-based knowledge and understanding of racism and anti-racism, building a common language and vocabulary so that we feel comfortable discussing and reflecting on this, acquiring the skills to identify anti-racist actions to take individually or with our teams.
