About the Course

Coaching Education - Team Coaching Path is aimed at training participants to become team coaches.


WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR? 

The Coaching Education is organised by the Mentoring and Coaching Hub on behalf of the MSF movement. All MSF staff that meet the selection criteria can apply. Calls for applications are done once every 12 to 18 months and announced on the MCHub website. For more information, please contact: mchub@oslo.msf.org

Learning Objectives

At the end of this workshop, participants will become team coaches and join the pool of MSF Internal Coaches by knowing how to: 

  • diagnose the needs of a team, 
  • design a fit-for-purpose coaching plan, and 
  • deliver an impactful team coaching process.

The Coaching Education to become team coach has two online modules and two face-to-face modules.

TRAINING APPROACH 

The course includes facilitated online and face-to-face live sessions, individual and group practice, and self-learning activities. The set-up is interactive with much practising during and in between the modules.

CERTIFICATION

Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded a badge and a certificate that indicates that this is an EMCC Accredited Training
