CBRN Briefing (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Substances) will introduce you to personal protective measures in case you are exposed to chemical, biological, and nuclear warfare hazards. 

Learning objectives

  • Describe the variety and characteristics of chemical threats, including toxic industrial chemicals and chemical weapons.
  • Explain the fundamentals of radiation physics and the threats that exposure to radiation presents, particularly in the case of nuclear accidents or sabotage.
  • Outline strategies to protect yourself when exposed to CBRN agents.
