About the course

Crisis Management for Team Leaders is an online course that covers key aspects of crisis management and the role of team leaders, either CIMT or FIMT Leaders or Deputies. It aims to build a foundation over which to learn the basics of managing a crisis in synchronous learning solutions.

Target audience

This course is aimed at top level people in the organisation, in HQ, the field, and at home, who may occupy the position of crisis team leader or deputy, either in HQ (CIMT) or in the mission (FIMT).
