About the course
The FORI HRFIN training (Intermediate Human Resources and Finance Training) is the second step of the project HR/FIN managers path.
Target audience
OCP Staff who has already done at least one mission as a project HR/FIN manager (minimum 6 months).
Duration
5 hours of prerequisites + 1 week in face to face or 10 half-days of virtual class over 2 weeks (depending of the session)
Learning objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to ensure appropriate management of HR and financial resources for their project (in order to achieve the project operational objectives).

Methodology
This course covers the pre-requisites required for face-to-face or virtual classroom training, and also provides a resource area for consultation at the end of the session.
The pre-requisite section includes surveys, interactive modules, case studies and reflective exercises.
Evaluation
The resource area is not subject to assessment.
There is no knowledge assessment for the pre-requisite part.
Certification
A paper certificate is issued at the end of the face-to-face or virtual classroom session.
