Supply Chain Onboarding (OCA)

About the course

The OCA Supply Chain Onboarding is a self-paced online onboarding addressed to all newly recruited supply profiles from level 6 of the IRFFG and above. The onboarding will introduce the MSF OCA Supply Chain specificities and explore in detail the different Supply chain technical domains. 

Target Audience 

Newly supply field profiles (international mobile staff & locally hired staff) from level 6 of the IRFFG and above. Other supply profiles may also benefit.

Duration

This course has a duration of 6 hours

Validation

This course is validated for use by OCA logistics staff

Learning objectives 

  • Explain the structure and process of the MSF OCA Supply Chain
  • Explain the roles and responsibilities of Supply staff within the Supply community and within the organization 
  • Explain how to find supply information resources, specifically where to find Policies, Guidelines, Basics, Standard Operating Procedures and How Tos. 
  • Describe the basic guiding principles, best practices and reporting and analytics ecosystem per technical supply domain

Methodology 

During the course, learners are required to complete e-learning modules with interactive activities and knowledge checks. They also have to complete a pre and post questionnaire on knowledge, attitudes and skills (KAS), which will be used to improve the course content. 

Evaluation 

To pass this course learners will have to complete 6 e-learning modules and 2 KAS questionnaires

Certification

After successful completion of this course, participants will receive a digital badge awarded by MSF OCA
