About this hub

HR Managers' Hub aims at providing HR managers with a comprehensive view of the courses we recommend they should take on Tembo, once they have been onboarded and during their HR managers' assignment(s).

All courses together will take 10h45 to complete, or 24 hours altogether including the people managers' resources.

This hub gathers different eLearnings and - for some modules - interactive videos. 

Evaluation

According to each of the courses evaluation criteria. 

Certification

Upon completion of all courses presented in the hub, participants will get a HR managers' hub badge. The completion of all people managers' resources is not mandatory towards certification. 

Requirements/Prerequisites

Participants ought to have completed the HR Managers'Onboarding as a prerequisite; as well as the Anti-corruption course, and the Data Protection course.
