About the Course
This is the course unit 2 of the Fellowship in Medical Humanitarian Action: Operational management of medical interventions.
In this course unit, you will develop your competencies and skills to ensure optimal operational management of medical interventions (competency 2) in order to favor coherence between needs, organisational strategies and operational interventions within a given context, through an appropriate leadership.
HOW TO ENROL
You will be enrolled to this course after being selected for the Fellowship in Medical Humanitarian Action. The selection is done once per year and
communicated through the pool managers, development advisors and HRcos.
