About the Course

This Module is part of the OPD program organized in 9 Modules. 

In this module, you will do activities related with a seriously ill child with fever. You will discover that many conditions could be behind a patient with signs and symptoms of very severe disease and fever and specially altered mental state. 

In these module you will work to create your own hypothesis and to decide which one is the most likely diagnosis and how to make the most suitable treatment plan involving the patients and caretakers.

The training units are composed of different participative activities. They are divided as the following: 

• Unit 1: Making a Panorama 
• Unit 2: Patient Assessment 
• Unit 3: Making clinical decisions 
• Unit 4: Making a patient-centered plan 
• Simulation 
• Evaluation
