About the course

At the end of the finance training on UniField tool, the learner will be able to carry out the weekly and monthly tasks of his/her scope in order to deliver an accounting in accordance with the standards and basics of MSF.

UniField training is organized in a pathway with several identified stages with self-study content to follow.

Target audience

This training is intended for all users of the UniField tool and in particular:

• Project Finance Managers and Finance Coordinators, "first mission with MSF" or "first mission with UniField" (if SAGA was used on the previous mission)
• Finance and Accountancy Managers
• Finance Assistants
• The CGCF teams (Accounting and Financial Management Officer) at headquarters

• Stage 1 : 4H
• Stage 2 : 4H

Learning objectives

The general objectives are: 

• Be autonomous in the use of the UniField tool on functions common to all fields in accordance with MSF finance procedures.
• Identify the roles of each person of the team in the tool and the constraints that this implies in the organization of work
• Identify the various reference documents and support.

List of contents

• Stage 1: e-Learning composed of 3 chapters presenting the main features of the software and including a case study.
• Stage 2: e-Learning to accompany learners step by step during their first accounting closing.
• The first aid kit providing learners with educational resources to help them further master the tool.
