About the Course
The ForHOP is a multidisciplinary team operational training that gives the opportunity for the hospital management team to work together in identifying and analysing problems/challenges within their hospital. Modules will cover specific topics and frameworks on hospital management within MSF. The workshop will include debates and discussion around Atimeh project management and the role of each person in working together to manage the hospital.
Target: OCP Hospital supervisors and managers, and the coordination team (transversal).
Enroment method:
This training is offered to specific projects under validation of the coordination team.

Certification: No badge on Tembo. Physical certificate awarded at the end of the training.

• Propose an action plan adapted to the context
• Take initiative in providing suggestions to adapt the action plan to the context and
readjust the strategy if necessary.
