The Learning & Development department of OCB created and gathered learning contents so that MSF employees can develop their management skills.
Each module below includes a theoretical model, an explanatory video, a short interactive classes via Kayaconnect website, an individual work and a visual reminder, as well as a peer learning sesison plan.

One of your role as a People Manager is to develop your team members to improve their competences and performance. During this module, you will learn more about principles of adult learning and the different ways you can support the development of your team members. This module should take about 7 hours.

Sometimes...things don't go as planned. Rather than blaming team members or identify a culprit, approach this situation with curiosity and support your team to draw lessons to work better in the future. After Action Review can also be led after successful performance, to identify what worked well and should be replicated in the future. This module will take you 35 minutes

Stressful situations happen often in MSF. This module will provide you with some resources to understand better the causes and address symptoms of stress in you and others. Some of the resources were developped in response to the Covid pandemics but their contents is useful at all times. This module should take 2 hours.

Implementing a change is easy; making it a success is more difficult. In this module, you will know more about the difference between change and transition, and a change manaement model to ensure that your team is an actor and not a victim of change. This module should take you one hour.
