What criteria do you use to decide what aproach to use with different members of your team?

Criteria

Consider the individual's skills, competencies, knowledge, and experience before determining the appropriate leadership style for the situation

Consider task ,skills knowledge ,experience and motivation of the team member and also look into the environment surrounding the team member

The manager might need to use different styles to manage the same member in different tasks in different times in different environments .
