Challenges faced and strategies adopted
• What strategies could you use to prevent accumulation of stress? (for yourself and the team you supervise)
Strategies I use to prevent stress accumulation are varied,
and are thankfully relative to my personal character.
First, the positive attitude,
Music therapy in my free-time,
trying to share and support each other with other staff members,
treating myself to good food I believe is anti-stress relieving.
In order to prevent accumulation of stress, me and my team need to keep regular communication through adequate internet channels, share relevant information and supporting each other.
Employees should be advised to practice physical exercises and other jobs of their choice after the working hours. They should also keep contact with their family members and friends.
To prevent accumulation of stress for me and my team, i will use the delegation of tasks within my team according to the competence of everyone.
An opened discussion on the expectations and the deadline on the work to do be done is key for us to prevent accumulation of stress.
