Important but not urgent tasks include the countless emails that arrive daily and that have to be solved/answered little by little.
The most difficult to manage are those activities that arrive unexpectedly and have to be solved now, having to postpone those that were planned for the day. One of the strategies is to classify them in order to know which ones need to be solved, in what time and by whom (delegate).
