As a supervisor, I try to recognize the problem and related sensitivities that might create another problem if someone does not intervene professionally. For instance, if any of the team members create problems and he/she is going to be in a quarrel with other team members so, in this kind of case, I am first arranging individual meetings for hearing and sharing my own feedback than I am going to ask other staff members who were in involved in, so this way I am trying to find the source of the issue.
