My current team are of low skills, so what i do is to use directing
approach where i defines the roles and task for them, and supervises
closely, and also finding that this group are well motivated. hence
staffs with high skills would be more of empowering, and working
independently, decides for themselves, however the challenge is that
they may not be motivated.
