About this resource

This People Management Library is open to all, and has been created to offer People Managers resources to reflect on their practice and, when needed, find tools and resources to address their challenges. Learners will find there articles, links to webpages, e-learnings, toolboxes, videos, brochures and other resources. 

Target audience

The contents of the library are particularly relevant for People Managers, but many resources are relevant for all MSF staff. 

Duration

Learners are invited to consult the library according to their needs so there is no set duration for the course.

Learning objectives

To empower People Managers to improve their practices. 

List of contents

Learners will find dozens of resources tagged with different topics, around the six main categories of Managing myself, Managing individuals, Managing teams,  Managing tasks, Managing relations and Managing the working environment. 

Methodology

Learners will access articles, links to webpages, e-learnings, toolboxes, videos, brochures and other resources; 

Evaluation

Learning will not be evaluated.

Certification

Consulting the library will not grant learners a certificate.

The Library is managed by OCB.
