Delivering Sensitive Messages Atelier is an interactive workshop offering practical tools and effective strategies for communicating decisions that require careful handling due to their confidential nature and/or potential impact.

Learning objectives

During the course participants will:

• engage in discussions on the role empathy and peer-to-peer play when delivering sensitive communications
• be introduced to a framework for delivering sensitive messages, and
• apply the framework in role plays and practice delivering sensitive messages
