About the Course
This self–paced course (Titled – Implicit Biases) by OCA, DEI will introduce you to the concept of Implicit biases and how to be mindful of its impact, to create a more diverse and inclusive MSF.
Target Audience
This course is for all hiring managers, recruiters, career managers who recruit or hire for both, HQ positions and Country Programmes. It is also suitable for employees selecting staff to participate to training programmes
Duration
Participants will need to commit 30 minutes to complete this e-Learning.
