About the Course 

This self–paced course (Titled – Implicit Biases) by OCA, DEI will introduce you to the concept of Implicit biases and how to be mindful of its impact, to create a more diverse and inclusive MSF. 

Target Audience 

This course is for all hiring managers, recruiters, career managers who recruit or hire for both, HQ positions and Country Programmes. It is also suitable for employees selecting staff to participate to training programmes 

Duration 

Participants will need to commit 30 minutes to complete this e-Learning. 

Learning Objectives 

To understand what an Implicit bias is and how to be mindful of its impact, to create a more diverse and inclusive MSF. Reflect on your own preferences and how they unfold to influence the choices you make, in your own role.

Methodology 

During this course, learners will familiarise themselves with the implicit biases and how they influence our work at MSF. This is presented through multimedia materials like included links, videos, reading, knowledge checks, etc. 

Evaluation 

To pass this course, learners must complete the e-learning module and take the interspersed knowledge assessment check questions. 

Certification 

After successful completion of the course, participants will receive a badge of completion.
