ABOUT THE COURSE
This mandatory self –paced course (Titled - Successfully Sponsoring a Project – A How To Training) by OCA, PMO will introduce you to the role of a Project Sponsor and is aimed at all existing and new Project sponsors.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This course is for all existing and future Project Sponsors and Project Managers across MSF, who are willing to better understand the critical elements of their role. The training aims to ensure each project sponsor is well equipped for the role, understands their responsibilities and what is expected from them to deliver in the role.
DURATION
Participants will need to commit 40 minutes – 1 hour to complete this e-Learning.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Explore the pivotal and critical role of a Project Sponsor and how they must remain 'hands-on' through the duration of a project by understanding the role, key deliverables and tools & measures that contribute to successful execution and completion of a project.

METHODOLOGY
During this course, learners will familiarise themselves with the role of a project sponsor through information presented through multimedia materials like video, audio, text and animation. They will also complete knowledge assessment quizzes.
EVALUATION
To pass this course, learners must complete the e-learning module and take the interspersed knowledge assessment check questions.
CERTIFICATION
After successful completion of the course, participants will receive a badge of completion.
