About the Course

This self-paced course created by OCP aims to provide you with knowledge about adult learning principles, pedagogical objectives and active pedagogical techniques. It is open for all OCP staff, particularly those interested in attendding the face-to-face Training of Trainer (ToT) or Work-based Training (WBT).

Target audience
This course is open for all staff in the field and HQ, especially those who design and/or implement face-to-face and/or on-the-job training.

There is no final test at the end of this course, but we recommend that you fully complete the 3 modules to get your badge.

Certification
