The course is part of the OCG Onboarding path for new HR staff who will have responsibilities to update and manage the HR planning in a project or coordination.

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

Only validated for OCG staff. 

Internationally Mobile Staff: First Mission Project HR Managers and HR coordinators who manage the HR Matrix updates.

Local Hired Staff: All local HR staff may access the course, but must agree that it is useful to their learning needs with the line manager if they wish to do it during MSF working time.
