ABOUT THE COURSE
The WMC is a hybrid course consisting of instructor-led online sessions and face-to-face training. To enhance and develop the relevant competencies of a WatSan Coordinator to lead WatSan activities in MSF in a collaborative manner.
Please note that this course
- Requires 90% attendance for all elements, including online and face-to-face
- Focal point for course related support during the course is per OC, L&D and/or Watsan
- Participants will also benefit from a full mentoring or coaching offer alongside the course to personalise your learning journey and provide you with 1:1 support.
HOW TO ENROL
Application via Pool manager and L&D Officer.
CERTIFICATION
Badge for online component. Certificate at end of Face-to-Face component.
TRAINING APPROACH
Blended section is a mix of Live online meetings, group work online. self-paced learning and gace-toface Lectures and hands-on exercises. .
EVALUATION
A Pre and Post KAS (Knowledge Attitude Skills) assessment will be conducted.Also 4 real-time check-in moments will be done during the training. A final course satisfaction evaluation will be done at the end of the course .

WATSAN Coordinator/ Deputy, WATSAN Coordinator/ Mission, Technical Referent WATSAN and people enrolled in the WatSanCo pool
DURATION
8 weeks online blended (65 hours) , 5 days Face to face (35 hours).
